Gwenaël Hervé

Gwen joined DUAL in January 2024 to establish and lead business in France. Gwen has 31 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, beginning in 1992 as an actuary in private lines. He then moved into his role as Underwriting Manager at Hiscox and Chubb before becoming the Managing Director respectively for Chubb France and later Hiscox France. His main drivers are leadership, people, being a team player, networking, strategic thinking, diversity and curiosity.


Gwen has 3 daughters 23, 15 and 11. He has fun with many sliding sports including wake boarding, windsurfing, snowboarding and skiing, as well as games like tennis, squash, ping Pong, paddle tennis and beach volleyball. He is expecting to start Golf in 2024. He also enjoys travelling and sharing good food and wine with friends or colleagues to eliminate the muscles gained in sport.
