DUAL Europe appoints Frank Masteling Managing Director, DUAL Benelux

DUAL Europe announces the appointment of Frank Masteling as Managing Director of DUAL Benelux, effective 23 June, reinforcing the business’ leadership and long-term commitment to the Benelux market. Masteling will retain his role as Head of European Trade Credit alongside his new responsibilities.

Frank brings over 30 years of international experience in the financial services and trade credit insurance sector, with a strong track record spanning underwriting, risk management and commercial leadership. He has held senior roles in leading organisations, including Atradius, where he led Special Products across multiple regions, and Nexus Trade Credit, where he served as Chief Underwriting Officer, Head of Europe and later Managing Director, overseeing Trade Credit activities across the UK and Europe. 

Since joining DUAL as Head of European Trade Credit, Frank has been instrumental in establishing and scaling the Trade Credit platform, successfully launching the offering and building a high-performing team across Europe. His leadership has strengthened DUAL’s capabilities in the segment and enhanced its positioning in a growing and increasingly strategic market.
